Display at the Concord Mall

NT Crucifixion Replicas on display-Concord Mall-Aug 27th-2011 This coming Saturday at the Concord Mall from 10am-6pm, Bethel Christian Center will be displaying a life size replica of the Shroud of Turin. The Shroud is an actual life-size over 14 foot replica on linen of the actual Shroud in Turin, Italy, prior to its 2002 restoration. It will be in the main center of the mall. The display also contains other first century replicas of other items used in the first century during crucifixion and other Christian relics such as the Titulus Crucis, Sudarium of Oviedo and replicas of a Roman first century nail, whip, spear head and crown of thorns from a thorn plant in Jerusalem. Also on display will be the often forgotten about and seldom mentioned Sudarium (face cloth) of Oviedo and Titulus Crucis (inscription on the cross), which are also actual life-size replicas.
